Jennifer Redner is a U.S. Policy Consultant for the International Women’s Health Coalition focused on how the United States can more effectively address the needs of women and young people through its policies, funding, and programs. Jennifer’s work centers on sexual and reproductive health, including HIV/AIDS, violence, child marriage, comprehensive sexuality education, and other health and rights issues affecting women and young people. Jennifer currently serves as Federal AIDS Policy Partnership liaison of the Global AIDS Roundtable, co-chair of the Youth Health and Rights Coalition, and is an active member of several domestic and internationally focused advocacy coalitions in Washington, DC. Jennifer previously worked for organizations such as the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, Population Council, and the International Center for Research on Women assisting with the research and analysis of successful programs and interventions on a range of topics that include the prevention, care and treatment of HIV/AIDS, orphans and vulnerable children, gender norms, and child marriage. Jennifer received her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and her Master of Arts in International Development from American University in Washington, D.C.
