My name is Sarah McGough, and I’m currently a sophomore at the University of Notre Dame studying Anthropology, Pre-Medicine, International Peace Studies, Portuguese, and whatever other fascinating classes I can fit into my schedule! In high school I found my voice through human rights campaigns, which made me realize just how interconnected we all are in this world – compassion and justice cross borders and zip codes. I believe that as students, we have the power to harness our collective knowledge and experiences to propel forth into the world with the vision to change it. So let’s do it! You’ll find me anywhere carrying a thermos of green tea, lime hand sanitizer, and a pocket-sized copy of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
