Global Scholar Tuition

Americans for Informed Democracy is able to offer the Global Scholar program at the cost of $2,000. This covers all of the expenses of the two-week seminar: room, board, tuition, activities fee (which includes a two-day trip to Washington D.C.), textbook and course reader. Transportation to Washington and Lee University is the student's responsibility, but Global Scholar will offer a complimentary shuttle to and from the Roanoke, VA airport and the Staunton, VA Amtrak station.

Thanks to generous foundation support, Global Scholar is pleased to offer "Future Global Leader" scholarships for truly exceptional young leaders who have the potential to change the world. The scholarships are awarded based on merit in three categories: academic record, extracurricular achievement, and essay writing.
