A town hall meeting on the topic “Darfur and Beyond: The Role of the International Criminal Court” is set for 7 p.m. Sunday at Goshen College.

The meeting, which is free and open to the public, will be in Room 17 Newcomer Hall. The event is intended to launch a conversation about reforms to the United Nations.

Speakers will include John Clark, a senior fellow at Sagamore Institute for Policy Research, and Dan Thomann, of the Chicago Alliance for the International Criminal Court.

A year ago, the U.N. Security Council referred the crimes occurring in Darfur, a region of Sudan, to the International Criminal Court.
